Mystery of the Black Moon
What is the truth?
That is the question echoing across the planet of Reffelda after the Bloody Chateau, a massacre that shatters a nation and plunges it into civil war. To some, it was a terrorist attack. To others, a calculated act of political manipulation. As governments, revolutionaries, and foreign powers wage war over the future of the republic, truth itself becomes the first casualty.
At the heart of the conflict stand five lives whose destinies will shape the future of Reffelda. Alvika Nokaden, a crown prince grappling with the burden of his family’s legacy. N, an enigmatic survivor haunted by his escape from the mysterious Black Moon. Arianna Lychanov, a Republic intelligence operative whose suspicions of Vakzorian espionage begin to unravel everything she thought she knew. Fredrick Krauser, a prestigous colonel turned revolutionary, determined to expose the truth behind the Bloody Chateau before his homeland is consumed by lies. Payten Collins, a loyal intelligence agent whose unwavering faith in the Republic begins to fracture as every new mission forces him to question the very nation he swore to protect.
As war spreads across Reffelda, each must decide where their loyalties truly lie, discovering that the greatest battles are often fought not on the battlefield, but within the human heart. Mystery of the Black Moon is not a story of heroes defeating villains. It is a story about ordinary people confronting the darkness within themselves while searching for the light in others. As the secrets of Reffelda slowly emerge, every revelation raises another question, and every answer brings the Known Galaxies one step closer to a truth far older than the war itself.

Canadian writer Nicholas Reed embarks on a literary pilgrimage to Kars, Türkiye, where snow-covered landscapes, centuries of imperial history, and encounters with locals intertwine with reflections on John Reed, Mikhail Lermontov, and Orhan Pamuk. A journey of culture, history, and self-discovery unfolds in one of Anatolia’s most fascinating frontier cities.
Examining Nicolas Sarkozy’s alleged Libyan campaign financing, the article explores the relationship between Muammar Gaddafi’s Libya, French geopolitical interests in Africa, and the 2011 NATO intervention. It argues that personal corruption allegations intersected with broader strategic efforts to curb Libya’s growing continental influence and Pan-African ambitions.
